I am grateful that I got to do a lot of outdoor sports today. Then I climbed the stairs of a 13 storied building in a very short time. It made me feel so good. I had to keep my mouth open all the time to breathe in properly. I took in so much oxygen. I feel so young after this vigorous session of exercises. I feel even younger. I can't wait for tomorrow for even tougher challenges and feel even younger.
